Call for Applications – State Visual Arts Festival – 2026 (Photography Section)
The last date for calling for applications for the State Photography Festival, jointly organized by the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs, the Department of Cultural Affairs and the State Visual Arts Sub-Committee, is 31st August 2026.
Only online mode should be used to submit works. For this, visit the website https://www.dca.lk, complete the relevant Google Form and upload the relevant photo/photos.
The information mentioned in the online Google Form should be completed correctly and clearly in Sinhala, Tamil or English. If the information is incorrect and incomplete applications may be removed from the competition.
Further information regarding the State Photography Festival can be obtained from the Department of Cultural Affairs, Cultural and Art Promotion Division or from the Cultural Officer serving in any District Secretariat / Divisional Secretariat in the island.
