Chinthaka Ranasinghe is poet, novelist and a literary critic. He is Lecturer in the Sinhala Department of the University of Kelaniya and was a visiting fellow in the University of Cornell, USA in 2013/2014. Chinthaka completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sinhala (Special) and the Master of Arts in Linguistic in the University of Kelaniya. Having gained a vast language expertise, Chinthaka has contributed to Sri Lankan literature by publishing a number of books and he shares his intellectual inputs by evaluating the work of many writers and poets.
